Tried all the steps recommended, contacted chat support, waiting for a response they told will send to solve the issue is the 3rd day after I contacted them.

Same issue here.  Done everything but to remove device from network.  Maybe that's the only option till they do the firmware fix?  Seems to be a common problem though.
