Nest Hub Max

I am trying to set up a Nest Hub Max for my elderly in-laws. They only have a dumb cell phone that does not receive texts and a home phone number. How do I set it up so that when family calls their number, it rings to the Nest Hub Max?

Not an easy question to answer without knowing where in the world you are using your device from as this can differ.
