Nest Hub Max

White/black screen with wheel of death. Tried unplugging, reboot, factory reset. 'Hey Google' either doesn't respond or says there is glitch try again. Is it dead?

I completely understand this situation. Let me lend you a hand to find the solution. 

 

Let me ask you a couple of questions to get more details.

 

  • When did the behavior start?
  • Was the device dropped or knocked over? 
  • What's the Fuchsia version of your display?
     

Also, if you could share with us a picture showing the display, it would be very useful for us.

The problem seems to have resolved itself for now. We've had some extreme weather that may have caused an issue with the internet connection, that has now settled down. I will monitor it for now.
