Nest Hub black screen

Device stuck in a black blue screen. Reset performed with not changes.

If you've already tried the factory reset using the volume buttons https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7073477?hl=en#zippy=%2Cgoogle-nest-hub then I recommend you contact support to see if there is anything else they can do.
