Nest Hub gen 2 not showing favorite team card

I just upgraded from the Nest  Hub gen 1 to gen 2 for the sleep assistant and while my gen 1 would happily show me a card with the score of my favorite hockey teams game the gen 2 does not do this. Is there a setting I'm missing?

We're sorry to hear about this experience. Could you please tell us what's the exact command you're using? Also, if you can send us a photo in comparison to what you're getting on your Nest Hub, that would be better so we can further check what's causing this to happen.

Sorry I can't take a picture, I gave my original nest hub to my daughter. Anyway, my original nest hub would always show a tile/card on "your evening" screen showing the final score of the Pittsburgh Penguins game.  My Nest Hub gen 2 does not do this. If I request it tell me the score it does this just fine but the point is my original one just showed me a card.  I was just wondering how to get it back. I also don't like how I have to scroll right a few screens to see the weather card on my new one, it was always front and foremost on my 1st gen.

Thanks for the additional info. Just to verify, after you set it up, have you every ask "Ok Google, what's the final score of Pittsburgh Penguins game?" Google devices are learning each day and if you regularly ask it, it will eventually show under "Your Evening" card as well as other things you regularly ask your Google Nest speakers. Let's try to observe if for atleast few days and let's see if you will notice any changes.

This is not a very helpful way of customizing a device. You are essentially saying tha I had to keep talking to it more or less every day for the customizations to show up. Ridiculous!

I understand and apologies for the incovenience. Have you noticed any changes on it so far? Do you still don't see the score available on your "Your Evening" card?

No scores yet and I've owned the device for 3 weeks now. Hasn't learned. It also reboots every night and the bright screen wakes me up when rebooting so I've filed a support ticket and if they can't help me I'm returning it.

Yes I still need help. Google Assistant tells me she is following the Pittsburgh Penguins and I will receive alerts and notifications yet no tile of the score of my home screen like my previous Nest Hub gen 1
