Nest Hub rarely plays YouTube TV

YouTube TV rarely streams on my Nest Hub without constantly restarting the device. I have 4 devices, and it's the same on all of them. I'll tell Google to play such and such on YouTube TV and I get an error message. If I restart the device, it usually plays just fine. This happens on almost a daily basis and for as long as I've had the devices which has been for several years. I'm constantly sending in feedback too, but obviously they don't pay attention to feedback. I've done factory resets and been in contact with support. I was on the phone for 2 hours once trying to troubleshoot the issue, and the conversation was left as to reply to the provided email link after 7 days with feedback on how it was working. I replied to the email, but unfortunately I got someone different and they wanted all of the same information that I already sent in and to do the same troubleshooting steps. What a waste of 2 hours of my time. Needless to say I gave up with support. I've since bought an Alexa device and it works flawlessly. I hate to give up on Google products, but it seems they can't fix issues. I would post a screenshot of the error message but there's no option to do so.

It sounds incredibly frustrating to experience consistent streaming issues with YouTube TV on your Nest Hub devices, especially considering the extensive troubleshooting efforts you've undertaken and the lack of resolution from support. It's disappointing when feedback doesn't seem to lead to improvements or effective solutions. It's great to hear that you've found a reliable alternative with your Alexa device, but it's understandable to feel disheartened about the experience with Google products. Hopefully, they'll address these issues in the future to provide a better user experience for all customers.
