Google Next Hub plays the sound from the camera I'm watching at a volume of 1 even when it's set on 0. I've tried turning it off and on and making sure firmware is updated, as well as turning it up and then down. I do not want to mute or disable the audio/microphone on the cameras because I want them to reamin available in the history, but I don't want to hear them all day or when I'm on a call.
This was a wide-spread issue in the last forum with no resolution and hundreds of posts. I'm hoping there has been s fix since the issue was reported in the last forum in 2019 and then more in 2020. Please advise - hopefully it's just a software update to fix the issue.
