I bought it just before Xmas 2021. It has worked very well since until yesterday when it refused to connect to my wifi. Nothing has changed!
I have followed the instructions and done a factory reset, rebooted my router more than once. It connects and then falls over after a few minutes.

You may have to contact Google Nest Support for a replacement.

I think that's a possibility.

The product family choices are poorly worded. Select “Google Home”. That’s the old name for the Nest Hub. And yes, it’s also an app name.

Hey there,
Thanks for the help, MplsCustomer!
johnhedge, before we check your replacement option, we just have a few questions. What message you're getting when you connect your Google Nest Hub to your network. Could you try checking your router settings (AP isolation must be disabled and UPnP must be enabled)? Also, try connecting your device to a mobile hotspot to isolate if this is network related issue.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Alex

Hi johnhedge,
Chiming in, have you tried setting up your device on a different network like mobile hotspot? These is for us to further isolate network issue.
Cheers,
