Nest Mini & Youtube Music - Playing the same song

I have several Nest Mini and a Google Home device in my house. I have noticed in that last week or two that whenever I say "Ok Google, Play some music" that whatever playlist that plays, the third song is a repeat of the very first song. Does not matter what playlist plays, nor if I ask for a specific playlist to be played. Something is not working correctly though.
