Nest Mini constantly unlinking from Google Home account - "Please login through the Google Home app"
One of our Nest Minis keeps unlinking from my Google account. Every day, sometimes multiple times per day, we (myself and the other person in my Google Home) get a notification saying one of us has unlinked the Nest Mini from our account, but neither of us did.

"xxx@gmail.com unlinked Living Room speaker from your home"
 
Once that happens, the only response the Mini will give is "Please login through the Google Home app"
 
We'll re-link the Mini to our account through the Google Home app, but within 12-24 hours it will automatically unlink itself again.
 
We have already...
 
- Rebooted the Mini
- Rebooted our WiFi
- Factory reset the Mini
- Factory reset every Mini/Chromecast in our house
- Completely deleted our entire Google Home and set it up from scratch
 
...but it is still unlinking itself. We have two other Nest Minis in the house and they work perfectly. Only this one in our Living Room is having this issue.

Seems like we've been seeing quite an increase in reports around this Nest Mini that keeps on unlinking from the Google Home app and thanks for sharing your feedback on this thread. At the moment, our team is still looking into this issue, and I have no additional updates to share right now.

Hello! I am having a similar issue and every time I speak to my Google it says ‘please sign In through the Google home app’, and constantly unlinks my device. I’ve been in contact with Google support, reset both my internet, Google home and app. Is any help available here? My cast firmware is 1.54.250118 and regular firmware is 250118. Thanks

This annoying issue is around for a year already. And it keeps unlinking itself.

System firmware version: 250118

Cast firmware: 1.54.250118

Language: English (United Kingdom)

Country code: WW

Notice the rubbish country code. I'm pretty sure it was correct (IE) after I reset it last time but turned to this after several unlinks.
