Nest Mini dropping connectivity

I know it's been asked before and continues to be asked, but what are Google doing about addressing the issues with the Nest Mini frequently losing connection.

I've had several chats with support who give all the excuses why it could be doing It until finally admitting that they have exhausted their options but then tell me that they would replace it but it's out of warranty from their date of April 2022, not my date but regardless it's a faulty unit and does not perform like my second Nest Mini which never has any issues.

I'm from a family of Google users with 2 Nest Minis, 2 Nest Audios, Chromecast, Google Hub, a Pixel 7a and a Pixel 8 Pro

Come on Google lets have some answers and start looking after your customers!!

Hi Juni,

Thank you for responding, the case nos are: 1-4967000035558 and number 6-3955000036230 and also case number 9-0653000036108. I believe there's nothing else that can be done and the Nest Mini will need to be replaced. Some time ago I had a catastrophic failure with a gen 1 mini, got no support from Google and bought another gen 2. 

I sincerely hope you can help with this.
