Hi all, we’ve had our Neat mini for years with no problems, but since we moved to a new internet provider, I cannot get it to connect.
I have the app, and I follow the instructions to connect to the nests WiFi signal and connect, but when it comes to the sound test and asking if we can hear anything, we can’t. And it won’t let us progress past that stage.
can anyone advise on what I need to do to get it to work?
