I have several speaker devices scattered in my home (original speaker, display, several minis). After working well for years, I recently have been unable to update lists with voice commands. On all devices, I get a response that I have to "enable Assistant personal results." In Google Home, personal results are enabled (I have toggled back and forth multiple times). I have also rebooted the speakers.
Oddly, I CAN use the Assistant app on my iPhone to update lists verbally.
Any ideas?

Hi @MightyJoe
This seems to be an issue that is being investigated by the Google Assistant team. Please follow this thread for any updates from the Assistant team.
I'll also escalate your post to the Google Nest crew.
Thanks and hoping for a quick fix.

Hi everyone,
Thanks for escalating this, JillG.
MightyJoe, we appreciate your efforts in taking those steps. Let’s troubleshoot one of your Google Nest devices. Perform a factory reset on one of your devices. Create a new home structure and set up the Google Nest device there, and then retrain your voice match. Let me know how it goes.
Regards,
Alex

I just followed these steps and it resolved the issue on the one device.
A couple of thing to mention, probably unrelated:
1) I already had a second “home” set up that I was not using. It was my original, and a different support issue I had migrated me to the one I use today literally years ago. I deleted the original before creating the new test home you asked me to.
2) I have three WiFi signals in my house. I thought it would be cool, but it does sometimes create crossed wires.
let me know what to do next?

Hello MightyJoe,
Got it. Move this one device back to the original home and then monitor if the issue will come back. Keep me posted so we can further look into it.
Best,
Alex
