It's ridiculous... working a week ago and now I'm without internet at home. Google updated my Nest WiFi firmware and now WAN PPoE dropouts every few minutes and the Nest Points all can't see the WIFi once that happens. I've been through every help step, every "trick" like DNS/IPv6 and so on. Even factory resets which is a nightmare with the WAN/wifi debacle.
It's like Google hacked my 1 year old network setup so I have to upgrade. Surely it can't be legal and breaks some Australian consumer rights laws ....
And to make it worse it's like they don't want you to fix it. Help is difficult... No chat support in Australia... Nest wifi community label Hyperlinks don't work... Nest WiFi is not even on the list of product for this forum...i had to select a next hub. And then no option to rollback firmware, dropping wifi when wan has issues. No logs. No web interface so you can operate Nest WiFi without having a mobile ...
Come on Google.
