Hi,
My Google Nest Audio speaker does not seem to be powering on (no LEDs) after I returned from a 5 week holiday. I had left it unplugged for the whole 5 weeks, and have noticed that other people have had the exact same issue.
Please help, thanks!

Thanks for posting—let's get this sorted out. Are you still using the official cord that came with the box? Have you also tried to plug it into a different power outlet? Try to unplug the power cord from your Google Nest Audio device for a minute, then plug it back in.

Hi Alex,
Yes I am using the official power cord.
I have tried several different power outlets and even waiting for a while before plugging it back in. None of this worked unfortunately.
