Hi,
it’s Luie’s barbershop, trying to setup the camera system to our shop, we did have an account but we lost the phone and all the information got lost, we can’t remember the email or the password for that I was wondering if we can do anything to set it again

If you're not able to recover access to the account it was setup with, you'll need to factory reset it and set it up again.
Restart or factory reset Nest camera or doorbell - Google Nest Help
Be aware that when setting up again, for cameras setup in the Nest app, you may get an error message. After the video history has expired, which can take up to 60 days, you'll be able to pair the camera to a new account. If you're unsure when the video history will expire, check again in a week or two.
