Nest hub 2nd gen and nest cam battery not give notification

I can not get my nest hub 2nd gen to give me notifications of alerts on cameras battery powered like i do on my phone

1. Open the Home app  .
2. Tap your doorbell icon.
3. In the top right, tap Settings     Doorbell.
4. Turn Visitor announcements on or off.

Note: You can also use Do Not Disturb to temporarily turn off visitor announcements for your Google speaker or display.
