Hi Nizar,

I'm sorry to hear your Nest Hub 2nd Gen is not matching your network time. A few questions: was it like that before or just happened recently? If so, could you tell us what triggered the change of time? It would really be helpful if you could do a sequential reboot by unplugging the power cord of your router followed by your Nest Hub 2nd Gen. Plug them back in starting with your router. Restarting your phone might also help. To further the troubleshooting, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Home app.
  2. At the top, make sure your home name is listed. If needed, tap the name to change the selected home.
  3. Tap Settings > Home information > Home address.
  4. Tap Edit > Enter your address > Next.
  5. Drag the map so the pin is on your home, then tap Done.

Note: When you change the home address, it only affects the devices in the home you selected. You can edit or delete this address anytime.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan

Hi Dan,

Unfortunately the problem is still there,

I recall that this problem started when the country where I am I, didn't use the day light saving , so the timing didn't  change between summer and winter.

I tried all the below steps but with no change , the same is happening when I ask my nest mini speakers about the time it's still behind .yet when I factory rest the nest mini speakers it fixed the problem for a very short period then it goes back again.

Hey Nizar,

Thanks for trying. One more thing that we can try is to update your default address from the Google Maps itself. Follow the steps below to know-how:

  1. On your computer, open Google Maps and make sure you're signed in.
  2. Click Menu > Your places > Labeled.
  3. Choose Home or Work.
  4. Type in your home or work address, then click Save.

Once done, reboot your Nest speakers and display then check if still have the same issue.

Cheers,

Muddi
