my nest does not show anything but black screen with green lines still responsive, but I rebooted and now after rebooting I can’t see anything on the screen still and to set it back up

We're sorry to hear about this experience with your Google Nest Hub. Since you have tried some steps, let's perform a complete reset to your device and see if this would make any changes. Here's how: Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays
As soon as you're done resetting your Google Nest display, set it up again and check if you are still getting the same display.
