Nest hub does not reflect my routines

Hi, lately my google nest hub does not show the routines that i’ve created in my google home app instead it only allow me to choose from only 3 routines that is default. Tried resetting the hub and creating new routines but still the same. How do i settle this problem.

Me too. They are there on the app and I can speak them and they work. They do not show on either my Home Hub (1st gen) or my Lenovo smart display.

Hi, im left with only 2 routines from the original 3 when i first posted this problem. Not sure why. Tried resetting yet still the same.

I'm so sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your routines, I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to help. 


Have you tried deleting and recreating the routines that you had? Were you able to uninstall and reinstall the app or doing a factory reset on the device?

In my case, the routines do still exist and can be initiated by speaking the phrase. They show in the Google Home app on my tablet. But they do not show on my Hub display nor my Lenovo Smart Display. Of the four that show on the displays, three come with the unit and the other is one of my custom routines. Many of the built in routines do not show.

Hey there, 

Sorry to hear that you're still having this issue. 
Have you tried to do a Factory Reset on the device itself? That should help to fix the issues with the routines not working correctly.

As stated before, I am having the same problem. Per your suggestion, I tried both the 15 second disconnect and the Factory Reset. Neither worked.

Sorry to hear that you're still having issues. Thanks for trying to do the factory reset on your devices though. Have you also tried to uninstall the app and reinstall it, as well as unlinking and relinking your devices?

There are four routines shown on both my Home Hub and my Lenovo Smart Display. Three of those are routines that came with the Assistant, Bedtime,m Good Morning,m and I'm Home. The fourth is a routine I created that turns off two sets of lights, turns on two subwoofers, and asks for an alert time. The other system routines and several more that I created are not shown on the two displays. However, all routines are shown on the app on my tablet and all of them work if I speak them to either of my displays or any of my five Minis. Because they work by voice, I get by, but sometimes I prefer to initiate them by swiping on a display.

It sticks in my mind that this happened after an update, but I'm not sure of that.
