The easiest way to do this. Open up Home app if the Hub is still there, delete it.  Turn off mobile data on your phone. Make sure the phone is connected to the wifi that you want the hub to use. On the hub hold down the volume up and down buttons at the same time for 10 seconds and let the hub factory reset. Now go back to the Home app and add the hub in like the first time you set it up.

Unfortunately that does not work. I have spoken to Google support and redone a few other things but still nothing works. It is like the hub is unable to recognise the new router

I am having the same exact problem.  My hub will not connect to my new network.  Very irritating.   I'm unable to use it!
