- Is your router at a hotel, school, dorm, or business?
- Have there been any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network or home environment?
- Was there any type of electrical outage around the time the issue began?
- How long did the device work as intended before the issue started?
- How far from the router is the speaker?
- Is your speaker linked to a 2.4 GHz or a 5 GHz WiFi network?
- Are there any other networking devices on the network aside from the wireless router, such as an extender, repeater, or another access point?
- Are you able to play music using other platforms such as YouTube, Pandora, etc.?
- Are you able to play Spotify on other devices?
