Nest mini not connecting to wifi

Hi All, 

I got my Nest Mini in England, and always worked fine. Since I moved to Spain, I haven't been able to connect it to any wifi network or hotspots (an error message appears in the app). I have tried several tutorials and what's advised here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7212129?hl=en, but nothing works.

Please can someone help me with this?
