Hi Detroit1701,

Thanks for reaching out to our community.

I’m sorry to hear that your Fire Stick and Google Home say the Nest speakers are paired and connected but no sound. No worries, help is here.

Before I start further troubleshooting, let me ask you a few questions:

  • Are you using the latest version of the Google Home app to set up your Fire Stick and Nest speakers?
  • Are you able to play music and listen to radio and podcasts with your Nest speakers?
  • Could you let me know the model of your Fire Stick and your Nest speakers?
  • What is the distance between your Nest speakers and the router?
  • Are your Nest speakers, Fire Stick, and mobile device currently linked to a 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network?
  • Is there another Bluetooth signal available?
  • Could you please check if there are wireless interferences like walls and floors, nearby Wi-Fi networks, other electronics, cordless phones, baby monitors, microwaves, Bluetooth devices, and wireless video equipment?

In the meantime, you can try the following instructions to ensure the connection between the Fire Stick and the Nest speakers:

  • Use your Google Assistant to command, “Hey Google, sync all my devices.” Then you will receive an answer from Google Assistant that confirms the action has been completed.

Thanks for your kind attention; I will be looking forward to your answer.

Best regards,

Virna
