Trying to activate a brand new nest audio, the home app asks for activation through the device utility app (android), however, in device utility my wifi network doesn't show up in the list and won't connect when entered manually.
other wifi networks are selectable and I know my wifi is working...
*the wireless router isn't dual band, tried factory resetting every device involved.
please help!
