Device  is aging , the functionalities are pretty limited, the hardware and chunky and almost toy looking. It’s been year @google.  Can we please get some sort of refresh on the nest line that modern and involves more that just the pixel tablet? Please and thank you!

I totally get where you’re coming from, the design is starting to feel a bit outdated compared to what other brands are offering now. A refresh with slimmer hardware and more advanced features would make such a difference, especially since so many of us rely on these devices daily.

It reminds me a bit of how in industries like food and biotech, companies turn to contract fermentation  to scale up and modernize processes without losing reliability. Google kind of needs the same mindset here — modern upgrades while keeping the core ecosystem strong and familiar.

Fingers crossed we see some exciting news soon, because the Nest line really does have potential if it keeps up with user expectations.
