My next hub (1st generation) is stuck at G logo and I have tried all the steps mentioned in another thread. It is a known issue and when I reached out to the support to resolve this issue they told me to buy the new one. See the screenshot above they called this situation as “brighter side”. A new low for Google, never going to buy nest products.
