No assistant

All of a sudden I do not have an assistant it tells me to log in to the app. When I get there I can’t find anything to fix and if I do want to try something it says something went wrong try again. Does anyone have an idea as to what is wrong? Please and Thank you

I have exactly the same issue. Hopefully someone knows how to fix this??
