No feedback for repair request

I have display issue with my google nest hub and i raised a ticket for repair since it's still under warranty. 7 days past but no one reach out to me, neither email nor phone call.  I created another case. Wish google can take some actions. Otherwise what's the point of the warranty?

Google pushed out an update that killed nest hubs and doesn't care. I have an open ticket for over three weeks now.

i have had an open ticket for a week as well.  this is a new device for me.  i am going to return it!!

If you have a couple of hours, you could try the chat option on the google help page. My ticket was open for over 3 weeks with no action. Spent 2 hours on chat yesterday and they are sending the replacements today. They asked for screen shots of the error message I was getting during setup and a 45 second video clip showing the behavior of the devices.

@TJHU, we appreciate you showing the case IDs; however, to isolate further, what issue are you having with your Nest Hub (2nd Gen)? What troubleshooting steps have you taken?

 

@DonnaD, — could you send here the case ID so that we can review  the steps you took? Also, what is the main concern? Is there an error message? What Nest device do you have?
