Hi since 2 day i become no massage on my Nest Hub when any person use my Doorbell. Have anyone a idea? Comes this from a Update? Befor it works perfect and i had no problems of it. The Android App on my mobile device is working fine. Only the 5 Nest Hub have the problem on my complete house.

@jeol

Have you by any chance moved your doorbell to a different Google Nest "home" in the Google Home app? Or turned off "Visitor announcements" in your doorbell's settings? Or turned on "Do Not Disturb" for your Nest Hubs?  Can you still view your doorbell's camera from your Nest Hubs?

Hi, i have try something and when i deaktivate all  Visitor announcements on my doorbell, then i have fix the problem. For me it looks like a Bug in the Software.  Befor i had no problems. Thank you for your help

@jeol

Did you fix the problem by de-activating and then re-activating "Visitor announcements" on your doorbell?

Or did you just de-activate "Visitor announcements" and did that cause visitor announcements to resume?

Hi, i must complete deaktivate any Visitor announcements then it works. Now i have no push up Massages about that. I have try to re- activate but that is not working.

@jeol, we would like to make sure if everything is covered here. Can you confirm if your devices are already working when using Visitor announcement? By the way, you can always refer to this link for guidelines on how to get your Nest doorbell announcement on your Google Nest Hub.

Hi, here are my update. @MplsCustomer @Juni

After trying a few things and nothing really helped. I have decided to remove the device from my Google Home app. After that I completely realigned it. Now it seems to be fully functional back. I will keep watching.
