Hey, I have just received my Nooie 360 camera's today, I have been trying to set them up to my Google Nest Hub 2nd gen all night. They are set up in Google home and nooie app but won't show video from camera's. I have reset everything and set back up again and all are on same WiFi network. I ask Google to show camera names it says ok but just has a black screen.
I appreciate any help

Thanks for visiting the Google Nest Community. What native app did you use to set up the Nooie 360 camera and link to the Google Home app? Kindly check if the native app is listed on the cameras that work with “Hey Google”. If it is listed, I suggest that you contact the camera manufacturer to confirm if the Nooie 360 model is compatible with being streamed using your Google Nest Hub 2nd gen.

Hi there,
I’ve just bought a Nooie 360 Camera to use as a baby monitor. I’ve set it up and it works fine on the Nooie app on each of our smart devices. I’ve then registered the device on our Google Home and all is connecting fine, but when I ask to see the camera on our Google Hub and our Google Hub Max devices, it just shows a black screen with the text “Smart Home Camera”
I’ve followed advise on other threads and have reset the camera, reset Google Hub devices, restarted the connection on the app and the end result is the exact same.
Can you please help? Is there anything I need to switch on or alter on Google’s end to watch the camera? As I said, all is working fine with camera and Nooie app so the issues seems to be on the Google side of things.
Any help would be hugely appreciated,
