Not allowing explicit music

Hey!

Whenever I ask to listen to certain songs it only plays the non-explicit version. Even if I ask to play the original. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi @AvaKenzie I would make a playlist that contains those songs in the list and create a routine so the songs aren't the clean versions. I think, but I don't know this for a fact that what's probably happening is to avoid mishaps of foul language or inappropriate lyrics being played with voice those types of songs have to be manually selected.

Remember Nest music is available to any voice, so a child might choose to play music a parent might not want them to hear. So, maybe it pulls the clean version. I would reach out to your music service to find out how they make that determination.
