Only three photos from the selected Google photos album are being displayed on the Google nest

I have made an album in Google photos with about 40 photos. However, when selecting the albums in Google nest gen 3 photo frame, only three photos are showing.

I have an Android phone and Google nest gen3

Sorry for the late reply

No, it did not work. However, I invited a family member and deleted Google home from my phone. It has since been working from the other android phone.

Thanks once again for your help.

Hey Parry,

Thanks for reaching out — let's check this out.

A few questions: was it working before? If so, when did it start happening? Also, make sure your Google Nest Hub  is using the same account that you've used on your Google Photos app.

Give these steps a try:

  • Turn off curation for your private and shared albums.
  • Change the Personal photo curation setting to Live albums only.
  • Try deleting all the albums that you've created and create a new one.
  • Uninstall and reinstall your Google Photos app.

Keep me posted!

Best,

Alex

Hi Parry,

You're welcome. Glad to know that Google Nest is working as intended. Since you've mentioned that you have it working on a different device, you can try to uninstall and reinstall back the Home app on your phone.

Meanwhile, since this is already resolved, I'll consider this post complete and will lock the thread in 24 hours. Feel free to start a new thread if you need assistance with your Google Nest display and we'd be happy to help.

Best,

Princess
