Pairing HK citation

On returning from holiday, the speaker said sign in to Google home. This I did, although it took a long time. I’m using Harmon Kardon Citation speakers, one is working fine, but I can’t pair the other as I had before. Help please

• Do you have any Google Nest speakers or displays?
• If so, are you trying to connect the Bluetooth speaker to a Google Nest speaker or display?

If you don’t have any of those devices and you are trying to pair the speaker directly to the Google Home app, you might need to contact your speaker manufacturer. They should be able to assist you with this specific problem.
