Pantalla del Google hub queda negra

La pantalla del hub de un día para el otro quedo totalmente negra, y si bien leí en varios lados que es una falla del producto, la empresa Google no se hace responsable de la falla, me informó que no hay nada que puedan hacer y que me comunique con el vendedor cosa que explique que era imposible.  Lamentable respuesta de esta empresa.
