Photos not working properly

Hi there,

I have noticed recently that my photos are not displaying properly on either of my google nest devices. I usually have the photo album of personal photos on a slideshow but as of late they have just started showing up as blank white squares. I have tried rebooting both devices and this seems to work at first but then returns to the same issue. I have also rebooted the router but again to no avail. 

Any suggestions you could come up with to deal with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I appreciate all the effort you've made before reaching out. Since rebooting is already done, let's try performing a complete reset on your device and let's see if this would make any changes on its behavior.

• Factory reset Google Nest or Home speakers or displays
