Problem Tune-in Nest Mini (Stereo Pair)

To begin with, I'm French so my english is average. I try to do well 🙂

I have 2 Nest Mini in stereo (in pairs and not in groups)

I don't understand my problem :
- When I vocally request a radio with tune-in = it works well in stereo
- When I do a routine (for an alarm clock on the radio for example), with the same voice command = 80% of the time, only one side works ! Always the same, on the left ! The problem is that for tune-in... BUT, at times, the right side returns as if by magic (for example after 10-15 min...)

- If I do a routine with Youtube Music = the stereo works all the time !

I changed the 2 Nest Mini speakers to others = same problem ! So I suspect it's a bug !

I don't see anything on the internet that talks about this, maybe also that few people use a routine on a Nest Mini pair to wake up with the radio...

I don't know what to do anymore...

That certainly hasn't been easy for you ― let’s check this out.

To be clear, the stereo pair, or in this case, the left Google Nest Mini will not work when the "Tune In" media routine is up? But when giving a voice command to play Tune In radio or YouTube Music, then both will play, right? If that’s the case then this might be an isolated case. 

Would you mind sending me the actions on your routines where the speaker pair is available. Also, I need you to delete and recreate a routine by following this link Create and manage Routines in the Google Home app.

Thanks for posting.

If you say the same, does this concern of yours happen on 2 individual Google Home/Nest speakers or as a "Speaker Group"? Is it about the radio action on routines?

If it's about using the routines when the radio is playing then kindly follow the steps in this link Create and manage Routines in the Google Home app.

Two Google Nest Mini in Stereo Mode, the issue is only with Tune In. Only one side works, after some minutes the other side returns.

I have the same issue. Sometimes Tune-in work fine in the two speakers, sometimes only in one.

Hi.

I finally found a workaround to my problem...

And I tested many of them...

By doing this, the stereo is ok every time to wake up!

= Just by doubling the start

My new routine : 

Volume 0%
Play Radio XXX on TuneIn

>> 2 minute delay <<

Volume 0%
Play Radio XXX on TuneIn

>> 1 minute delay (to avoid ads) <<
Volume 2%
