Problems with Nest Mini

Hi, my Nest will continually disconnected itself from the WiFi which is a common but rubbish annoyance but it is now not responding at all just keeps saying. There was a glitch! So I have tried to reboot it from home and it won't reboot! I can't even delete the device from home. I've unplugged it as the norm I'm about to throw this speaker at the wall and change to the rival company

I have read so many posts and threads on this.  Both of our minis do this every single day.  Did the factory reset, ten reboots, and so on.  The result is still the same.  All four lights go solid white for about 5 seconds, then it either says "there was a glitch" or "something went wrong".  Usually works on the second or third try.

I remember when we first got them a couple of years ago.  It felt like the future was here.  I was amazed at how well they worked.  Now, they are nearly useless junk.  Google seems to have lost interest in yet another property it created.
