So you've checked there are no routines enabled in the Google Home app?

Create and manage Routines in the Google Home app

Hi, thanks for your reply. I’ve never set a routine up so no idea why it’s telling me to water the plants?
I will de active the ones that look like they were with the device as standard.

keep you posted

If it's on all speakers, it sounds like Family Bell is set up.

By any chance are you on a shared Wifi network, or is your Wifi not password protected?

Hi folks,

@David_K, @kiltguy2112, thanks for the help.

@paulnewman, that certainly isn't the experience we want you to have although, it's quite interesting as to why this is happening. Let's find the solution. May I know what Nest speakers you have? When did this all start? Who else has access to your Google Account, Google Home app and your Nest speakers? Are they added as a home member?

Have you tried rebooting all your devices? If not yet, it would help a lot if you could do a sequential reboot first. Unplug the power cord of your router followed by your Nest speakers. Plug them back in after 3 minutes tops. Restarting your phone might also help. Monitor and if the issue persists, check your alarms if there are any saved ones.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Dan
