When I ask Google assistant this frase in danish language then the assistant instead makes a reminder and asks when I want the reminder:
'Hey Google, remember my sparekey is in the safe'
danish:
Hey Google, husk at min reservenøgle er i pengeskabet
danish:
Fint, min reservenøgle er i pengeskabet' - 'Hvornår vil du have påmindelsen?
english: 'Fine, ' my key is in the safe - when do you want the reminder?'
I was expecting that I could ask: 'where is my sparekey' and then get the answer
I was NOT trying to install a reminder about this at a specific time!
What is I doing wrong?

Hi finnlysell,
Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community.
I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, so let’s get this resolved. A few things: was this working before? When did your issue begin? Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? Which Nest speaker?
You can do a sequential reboot. First, unplug your Nest speaker for 30 seconds, then do the same thing to your Wi-Fi router to refresh both devices and your Wi-Fi signal.
Looking forward to your response.
Regards,
Juni

It is a Google Nest Hub 2. gen I use. It is a screen I have bought for a familymember and I was
hoping that I could use it for remebering tings. Everything else works fine - but every time I want
it to remember something it asks what time I want the notification. I have tried a restart waiting 1
minute after unplugging. Since it is a newly purchased 'nest hub' it automaticly installed the latest
software, but actually I also tried the 'remember' command on my own 1. generation nest hub.
I have thought that the solution maybe could be in the programming of the command so that I
should use a different word instead of the danish word for remember ('HUSK') but I have not found
which word to use in danish. So maybe you can generate the error if you change language to danish
and give the command: 'Husk min kode til låsen er 5678' ('Remember my code for the lock is 5678')
Thank you for trying to help.

Hey finnlysell,
Chiming in to ensure everything is covered here. Please note that asking your Google Home/Nest device to remember things is not officially supported in the Danish language. That's the reason why you are encountering an issue and it sounds like your device is creating an event or alarm for you instead of a reminder. As an alternative, you can set your Google Assistant language to US, UK, AU, EN-CA, JP, ES-LA, ES and PT-BR. Those are the languages that supports reminders.
We're always looking for ways to improve -- we'll take this as feedback, and we'll gladly pass it along to the team. You can also send feedback using your device by saying, "Hey Google, send feedback." Visit this link for more steps.
Cheers,
Muddi

Thank you for trying to help even though it did not solve the problem. Is there a complete list
of commands I can use for the google assistant and where can I find it?
My family also found a alternative solution. They simply ask for the appointment in 10 years
time. It is possible to search among appointments so you can use it in the same way, but thanks anyway.

Hey finnlysell,
Here's a link for the complete lists of the things that you can do with your Google Nest Hub. For appointments and events, your device can provide you the information for the first three scheduled events. Click here to learn more about getting calendar and event information.
