Reminder does not sound

  • Good morning. In Google nest hub 2nd generation the reminder are display but silente and so i don t see. What can i do for set a sound notification? I work with Android Phone. Thanks

I am setting reminder thru Google on my phone and only the Nest Home device notifies me ... even tho I am not in that room. I really need the reminder to notify me on my phone which is with me. I have tried every Google suggestion possible...no joy. I really am frustrated by my Google products.
