Removed from account

Hi, 

Having issues with all 4 of my speakers 1. When request "Hey Google" to do anything there's is a 30 second delay with response similar to " there seems to be a problem please try again in a few seconds" then you request again and she does it straight away. 2. Devices keep getting removed from my account in the early hours of the morning by apparently our own email addresses. It then requires a full reset of the device to try get it back on to the network I have set up. 

Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks for posting — let's sort this out.

Quick question; how far is the Google Home from the router? When did the issue start? Try rebooting your router and devices and make sure that all devices are within 15-20 feet from the router.
