Due to strokes, my wife's speech is slower than normal. The problem is Google Nest Mini responds before she finishes speaking. Is there a setting to allow for slow speech.

I don't believe there is any way to lengthen the response allowing for a slower speech pattern currently.
Couple links for you: Action Blocks: one tap to make technology more accessible Action Blocks may have a preset actions for Google Assistant . May help even though it's a phone app.
