Retreive old camera hístory

Hi,

I have a hub max and Nest aware, just upgraded to Nest aware plus. Just wonder is there anyway to retrieve old history (within 2 months) at the time that account hasn't been upgraded yet.

Open the Nest app. On the home screen, select your camera. Your camera's video history will appear below the live video stream.

Hi ntram291,

Video history is only stored from when your Nest aware subscription starts. You can not access events before you had the subscription as Google is not allowed by law to save these.
