Salir del modo "marco" o algo así

Hola a todos.
Hace unos días, intentando salir de la pantalla del reloj que aparece cuando no hay luz, puse el dedo sobre él durante unos segundos y se activó un modo en el que aparece un cuadro de selección rojo, cada vez que toco algo me dice que lo toque dos veces seguidas para activarlo.
No sé cómo salir de ese modo o función, he mirado todo y no me deja.
Espero que haya alguien que pueda ayudarme.

1. Open the Google Home app.
2. Tap favorites or devices.
3. Tap and hold your device's tile.
4. Tap Settings.
5. Tap Photo Frame.
6. Choose what to show or not in your photo frame.
