Screen black with G logo

Hi could I get somebody from google support to contact me re my nest device , on a black screen with G logo and have tried to reboot it numerous times , product only 4 mths old

  • Which Google Nest Hub do you have? (1st or 2nd gen)
  • Is your device powering on?
  • Is your device showing a black screen? Or is it a gray screen with a G logo? 
    • If you could attach a photo of your screen, I would appreciate it!
