We're sorry to hear about this. Could you tell us if you're already done with performing a complete reset after you've experience this? If not, let's try it first to see if there are any changes on its behavior. Lastly, please make sure that your Google Nest Hub is directly plugged in to the power source and is using the original power cable of it.
