“Send to” Device

I just upgraded to the Hub Max in my kitchen and since day one I have been trying to send recipes to it like I did with my last one.  Unfortunately when I find a recipe (have tested on dozens from all different sites) I never have the “send to google home” as an option.   I also tried the forward on top right and chose “send to your devices” but the only devices listed there is my phone and desktop computer (have about 4 more then that).    Then today when I do a recipe search there is “cook” with Amazon colors at the bottom of the recipes it pulls up (wasn’t there prior) but if click on it nothing happens.  

beyond frustrating since this was why I upgraded. Someone please tell me what I am missing or why not working?
