Something went wrong

When I try a voice inquiry…it says “Sorry, something went wrong, try again in a few seconds”.  It used to be only once…now I have to ask several times before it works.  I’ve tried unplugging and rep lugging and it does not work.

Were there any recent changes on your network or set up? Make sure your devices are within 15-20 feet of your router and connected to the same network. Try rebooting your devices and router to refresh the connection. If the issue persists, give resetting your speaker a try to see if that helps.
