Sorry, it looks like this account can't play videos on YouTube

Recently all of my google home devices started giving the below response when anyone but me asks for a song to be played:

Sorry, it looks like this account can't play videos on YouTube

This used to work for everyone in my family, now only I can play music. We have a YouTube premium account.

has anyone had similar issues?

yip happening to me too. Basically blows out most of the value I was getting out of these things. Family want me to unsubscribe from youtube premium

The issue seems to have stopped happening. Or at least lessened.  The only thing I did was reset one of our devices.  However at the time that did not seem to make any difference. 

We have had a new issue though. If someone rings the doorbell or sends a broadcast, we hear it on all speakers at a slight delay between each speaker, so it sounds like 4-5 people all talking at once. As such we can never tell what is being said.

The next time this occurs and is an unusually long delay, i.e. the person has already left or been waiting at the door for quite some time before an alert, could you please send in feedback about this issue via your Google Home app or device? It will allow our team to look further into this issue.
